Each class is designed to immerse you in the outdoor setting while moving through the traditional asanas. Your view from the lake will enhance the practice! Imagine: opening your eyes and seeing the magnificent trees surrounding the lake, feeling the fresh air on your face as you breathe deep, and hearing the sounds of nature in the background!
