A walk along the trail with standing yoga postures and time to contemplate and connect with nature. By honoring the elements around you, you'll feel refreshed and aligned in body, mind and spirit. Join us to rejuvenate and be inspired! Some of the class will be self-paced, making it an experience suitable for all levels. This is a perfect way to introduce yoga to those who have not yet experienced a yoga practice, at the same time inviting the advanced yogi to take their practice off the mat.
