Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga is an exciting way to connect your practice from the mat to the water! Experienced instructors will lead each group out on their paddle boards to an open area where we create a floating paradise to commune with nature. Each class is designed to immerse you in the outdoor setting while moving through the traditional asanas. Your view from the lake will enhance the practice! Imagine: opening your eyes and seeing the magnificent trees surrounding the lake, feeling the fresh air on your face as you breathe deep, and hearing the sounds of nature in the background! Come join us while we enjoy a new dimension to the term, flow! 

All yogic levels welcome! Boards provided at registration for each SUP Yoga class.

*Side note to outdoor enthusiasts: Please, do not bring your own boards. Boards are not allowed on the lake without a formal scheduled inspection by Park Rangers. Additionally, Water safety and CPR trained persons will also be present at this event.
