Prajna and Matece team up to offer a soft and sweet, slow flowing Gentle Yoga class.  The unhurried pace allows for integration of breath and mindfulness while moving through standing poses for strength and balance and floor stretches to open and release the lower body.  Matece and Prajna will offer guidance and hands on healing to help students relax and ease into the experience.
